I'm happy to announce that my Life--Dance has a new layout! Completely revamped from the bland gray theme into a more geeky ambiance.

The right sidebar shows a brief description of me and my portfolio. Underneath are my connections; a level lower is the newly added gallery for convenience to view my works.

Now, with all my new changes and additions like the gallery and the new head banner with the Life--Dance logo as a blimp, what else could be missing? A new art of course! :)

I give you Water Guardian - an elemental spirit who balances the distribution of water and neutralizes the effects of evil substances that flows through our bodies.

Life--Dance's Online Business Card

I have finally made Life--Dance's Online Business Card with the help of 2D barcodes - The Quick Response (QR) code, and Microsoft Tag that uses High Capacity Color Barcode (HCCB).

Both of these barcodes, when photographed using your mobile phones, will provide a link that will lead to my blog's online business card.

I will have these printed and be made as separate button pins which I'll be wearing at Graphika Manila 2011 and for some casual walks XD

Anyway, this is the business card...

The exact template size for this layout was based from blogger mobile's pop-up sample screen. I just do hope it works well lols XD

Branding my Life--Dance

This is the official logo for my Life--Dance which works with or without the text. This will create ownership and identity for all my future projects.

The need to modify the colors in most cases to be seasonal, project, or print related, are bound to my final say to how the logo will look. Thus, it is fixed to portions of black, white, and shades of green.

Deeper into the logo, abstracts are my thing; green is my favorite color that reflects my proearth behavior, and to which signifies the life that surrounds us. To dance means to harmonize, balance, and create strong, and fresh ideas one step at a time.

My Life--Dance

Welcome to Life--Dance! My newest blog that mainly tackles my creative side, shows the progress of my works, and captures events, places, people, ideas, and inspiration for everybody who is into art.

I'm currently in the process of juicing my new blog so stay tuned for the changes XD

Anyway, some of you may have noticed the blog url of Life--Dance. It has two hyphens "life--dance.blogspot.com" It so happens that lifedance.blogspot, and life-dance.blogspot is existing even though they're not updated. I've already made up my mind with my blog title so I need not to change it. Please do not get yourself confused. Lols talk about perseverance, and uniqueness :p

Okay, let's proceed to the basics. How did I came up with "Life--Dance"?

That's because it's an '80s song (without the hyphen) by Sonia Belolo. It was way back when I was in kindergarten, on our school's Christmas Party. I remembered my parents dancing to this in ballroom style, on-stage. I was clueless to the title of the song even to the point when radio stations used to play this... 'til it was featured on a music channel during my college days. That's when I knew the title.

More flashback. I already came up with Life--Dance when I was in college 'cause I decided to make a portfolio but never finished it. Good thing my deviantart account is still active lols XD

Yep, that's the history of my blog title. I will keep blogging with all my creativity and hopefully meet new friends who share the same interest as I do. Oh and one more thing, Life--Dance is not only a blog title but will also serve as a signature name for my works :)
